Our only official booking channels are Booking.com and our own online booking engine, which you access via the "Book now" button on this site. The hotel may appear listed on other travel search engines or platforms (for example, when searching on Google) that are not authorized or operated by us; we do not guarantee the accuracy of information published there and are not responsible for bookings made through those unauthorized sites.
Through either of our official channels — Booking.com or our booking engine — the booking, payment, and cancellation, change and refund policies are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the platform used, and may vary by channel. We recommend reading them carefully before confirming your booking.
For specific questions, you can also write to us directly on WhatsApp; in that case we will coordinate the details with you manually.
4. Use of the site
You agree to use this website lawfully, without affecting its availability or that of third parties, and without attempting unauthorized access to any part of its infrastructure.

We do our best to keep the information on this site up to date and true to the hotel's actual condition. However, rates and availability are subject to change without notice and should always be confirmed on the booking engine or directly with us. Photographs are illustrative of the real hotel.

We welcome pets under the conditions and current rate shown on the site, subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Palmira, Valle del Cauca.
